my car was broken into last night. my backpack and another bag containing the entirety of my meager wardrobe were stolen out of the trunk. i had forgotten that my camera was also in said bag, and worse- my external hard drive. that hard drive held all of the files and work i have done in the last few years.

there will be no reprints or new editions of any of my previous work as a result. i am sorry to anyone who wanted any of those. i know i didn’t ask someone to break into my car, however i should have backed up those files. live and learn. the world is a bogus place sometimes.

sorry for the lack of posts lately, i’ve taken a break from drawing for the moment.

i did this super long interview for CAM a couple months ago, and thankfully they made it nice and short. i just got sent over a pdf file of the feature i was included in, so there it is.

also, not trying to call anyone out, but there are definitely sentences added in here that i did not write. i assume it’s my lack of professionalism that made it difficult to give me a serious writeup without adding things to make me look like i know what i’m talking about.

little Tumblr inbreeding: Dead Boys Kill Their Parents

i started another blog. my good friend Matt Shaw moved away and left me with a bunch of Boys’ Life magazines this summer. i decided to start an infrequently updated blog of small little collages i make with them giving myself a time limit of 20 minutes or less using only scotch tape, scissors, pen, and a scanner. these are the first few i made tonight.

bless his soul for dealing with me, and luckily the bit of raw footage i’ve seen so far looks incredible because otherwise it would be real painful watching me watch youtube clips and being awkward for the duration of the video.
